Location is very good

I was abused by the hotel reception . The receptionists are super rude and arrogant.

I liked how convinient it is to sites and the public transportation.

The room was a good size but I expected it to be a bit nicer for the amount of money paid per night. The breakfast was very good. That is until a bird came every morning for breakfast as well and hopped and pecked on the pastries. This was brought to a waiter's attention who just brushed it and said that the bird should be shooed away.

The room was available when we arrived at 10am which was very good. The location just across from the main station cannot be beaten. Breakfast was reasonable enough in the British pub next door. The free transport ticket was fantastic and saved us loads of money travelling around Geneva. Overall, a good stay and would definitely go back.

It was fairly pricey but all hotels in Geneva (and indeed, Switzerland) are expensive. The electrics blowing up when the bathroom light was switched on at 3am was rather scary but I think there was just a minor malfunction which they assured me would be fixed.

Staff very helpful and so friendly specially on the reception , location is very good..... For the rate I am so sure you guys will love it.

Breakfast in the Britannia bar and the friendly helpful staff in the hotel.

The lavatory seat was not properly fixed on.

Convenience... pretty good location

Not much, stayed 1 night.. It was ok.. the only issue was that the breakfast was available in a nearby 'bar'... though, the breakfast, per se, was ok... the fact that it was outside the hotel and probably was shared between hotels was a bit odd and inconvenient.

The location close to the centre and directly beside the main tain train and bus stations

The price was high for the hotel level, the size of the room was very small, the smell of smoke was disaster at the room, the map guide was not clear.

Value for money and proximity to train station.

The tv selection. Although on the index screen BBC prime was a channel offered, it wasn't. The toilet seat is very tight, this is not a room for an over-weight person.

Breakfast was served in a British Pub 2 doors down that was old and dingy.

No flexibility to cancel breakfast. We were not informed that tickets for public transport we were supplied with are valid for yellow boat to enjoy Geneva lake and free rent of bicycles at Hotel Kempinsky.
